DJ Rideon Eurotour continues in Copenhagen (+ download Kartellen mix)

DJ Rideon eurotour moves on and the next party will be tomorrow 21.5. in Copenhagen. The bar is Vega / Ideal bar and I'm gonna be playing at a special miami bass sub-club of thursday hip-hop institution Kontoret; the appropriately named Booty and The Beat.

It's remix time!

So many great baile funk influenced remixes have come around in the past years that I decided to start sharing them with you.

Tamborzuda - Sabbo Remix (direct link)

First up is a groovy remix of Sinden+Count feat MC Thiaguinho's "Tamborzuda" done by DJ Sabbo from Israel. I've been playing this on pretty much all my gigs past few months and damn it works!
(it really is crazy how music moves around the world nowadays... here I am, a finnish DJ playing a remix by israeli DJ of an english track with brazilian vocals relaesed by a german label.)

The Funkeiro Riot party in Nürnberg was great. I thought so much baile funk could never ne played outside of Brazil, but people were totally getting down to all the most percussive macumbinha stuff... + here's one photo I took at the end of he night: There was a girl at the party who was dancing so much and got so hot she decided to cut her jeans and make shorts out of them. I mean at the middle of the party. How cool is that?

DJ Rideon Eurotour continues in Delft, Holland

Tomorrow I'm gonna play in Holland, at Delft in a cool small club called Ciccionina. (Check out the amazing videos and photos from the funny TAPE parties they organize, it's such an amazing visual madness...)

Sany Pitbull European tour started from Finland

We were very happy to be able to have Sany Pitbull beginning his european tour in Finland. Sany came, and rocked two sold out nights in Helsinki and Tampere. The crowd went absolutely crazy dancing their asses off, shouting and jumping ehen ever Sany pulled a new sample from his MPC. Total madness! Even so much Sany promised to change his nationality. You can confirm the result from his myspace.
